About how I started making Rope Tack…..
When I was running my lesson and camp program. I went looking for a better bit-less option. That is when I found out that I either did not like the design or that I could not afford them. I finally found the Indian bosal which is an attachment you add to a bridle. I ordered one to try on my pony but it did not fit so well and the material was very stiff and poorly put together. But I did love the design and consept of that design over the rest that I found.
I then started researching different materials to use to make my own. I first found Utility Cord and that worked ok but I then found the Yachting Rope and LOVED it and it was much more flexible and withstood the weather, Sweat and washing so much better.
But then my mom got sick who was my babysitter so I could not longer have my lesson program. I started selling my Bosals on Ebay and things TOOK OFF from there.
I also expanded my line to Bridles, Halters Reins and much more.
